What Have I Been Doing With All This Time Away

Does this blog format still work like in the past or are there more snags and hang-ups? I hope I can make sense of it all!
Well, where have I been? Life has not been very kind to me physically and I have had to make lots of adjustments as to how I live my life. It is hard to accept but I must work on positivity every single day. Making a list of gratitude every morning is a must before I move through my day.

I don't know how to explain what has been going on without writing you a very lengthy posting.  Starting in 2021 I noticed a loss of smell (when I could not smell the gardenias in the garden) and no appetite  and I never felt hungary. No other symptoms, however I lost 20 pounds in six months which I did not need to loose!!! Now, I weigh around 100 pounds. I saw several doctors including a visit to the E.R. and my comments were nearly ignored and I felt like they were thinking "she is getting old and that happens". Lab work was normal. No one thought is was Covid.

Nothing was happening adverse or different in my life and I was enjoying working in my garden every day and it was becoming a very nice showplace that my neighbors complimented on daily as they walked by . My house is on a corner and in a desirable area for "daily walkers" who live near and far.

As you can see, I was really enjoying my garden.  These garden photos are from last years garden.

Last year in September I was experiencing increased severe back pain and a MRI demonstrated two herniated vertebral discs in my back.  One thoracic and one lumbar!

I will continue  explaining this experience in my next post.

I miss blogging, but as you know it is very time consuming especially if you post photos!

More coming soon.

IN MY GARDEN there is a large place for sentiment. My garden of flowers is also my garden of thoughts and dreams. The Thoughts grow as freely as the flowers and the dreams are as beautiful. - Abram Urban

In the garden I tend to drop my thoughts here and there. To the flowers I whisper the secrets I keep and the hopes I breathe. I know they are there to eavesdrop for the angels. ~Dodinsky
